Duke EP305 Aerohot-Hot 5 Well Portable Electric Steam Table

• Top: Constructed of one piece, heavy gauge, 300 Series stainless steel, properly reinforced, with die-stamped openings each measuring 12-1/16" x 20-1/16".  Poly carving board 7" wide and 1/2" thick mounted on operator's side, on fabricated heavy gauge stainless steel base and brackets.  Drop type brackets optional at extra cost.
• Heat Compartments: Under each top opening is a heat compartment with die-formed, 8" deep galvanized liner.  Each compartment insulated on all four sides and bottom with 1" thick fiberglass, or equal, having thermal conductivity of 0.27 or less, with single phase standard. 
• Body, Under shelf and Legs: Made of heavy gauge, stainless steel.  Sheet metal portion of legs formed from 18 gauge steel of same type and finish as body under shelf.  Legs of 1-5/8" diameter stainless steel tubing fitted with casters.  Casters are 5" diameter, NSF approved, swivel type, two with brakes, with non-marking rubber tires.  9" long pusher bar attached to end panel on operator's right.
