• Forced-air refrigeration system.  Condensing unit located behind removable panel in back of unit.
• Exterior-white Formica front and side panels. Color options at no charge: Walnut, Teak, Oak, Beige, Black, White.
• Insulated double pane curved glass front and side panels, provide extra large viewing area to maximize bakery product presentation.  Front glass tilts forward for easy cleaning.  Exterior pane is tempered for safety.
• Interior-NSF approved white aluminum sides and top, coved corners and high impact plastic floor.
• Insulation-entire cabinet is foamed-in-place using high density, CFC free, polyurethane insulation.
• Doors-"Low-E", double pane thermal glass insert with mitered plastic channel frame.  Self-closing rear doors, efficient counter balanced weight system for smooth, even, positive closure.
• Three adjustable, heavy duty PVC coated wire shelves.
• Cabinet holds (8) 26"(L) x 18"(W) display pans (2 per level) and (4) 26"(L) x 9"(W) display pans (1 per level).
