Our team of experts test, disassembles, repairs, and restores the finish of every piece of equipment we sell. All refrigeration is tested and inspected by a licensed refrigeration technician prior to being reconditioned and repaired as necessary to insure top performance of your refrigerated equipment. All cooking equipment is calibrated within +/- 4 degrees F of thermostats. Sticking or worn casters are replaced. In short, all equipment is 90 to 95% “as new” condition when you choose your next piece of equipment at CPAPC.
