How do I track my package?
If your order was shipped by DHL, you may use the provided tracking number in your confirmation email at the DHL website.
Do you sell to the public?
Even though we are primarily a commercial restaurant supplier, most of our products can be purchased by the general public. Gas equipment cannot be sold to residential customers because they are not certified by the American Gas Association for residential use. Any damage caused by using commercial gas restaurant equipment will not be covered by your home insurance. Manufacturer's warranties will also be void if gas equipment is installed in a residential home. The majority of service agencies will not service such equipment in residential homes due to the liability.
What are your pricing policies?
Our prices are extremely low to remain competitive and provide our customers with the lowest price possible. For this reason, we cannot offer discounts other than sales or specials offered by CPAPC.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel an order if it has not entered the shipping process. Please call us immediately at 1-800-533-1938. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it is too late to cancel or modify the order; you will need to cancel the item.

Why am I charged tax?
Your CPAPC.com purchase includes sales tax if shipped within Texas. Since our warehouse is located in Arlington, TX, we must charge Texas state tax and Arlington City tax if shipped within. Some items such as cooking equipment are tax free. Items shipped outside of Texas are not charged sales tax.

Do you manufacturer's manufacture’s warranties?
You can shop with assurance because any warranty on manufacturer's manufacture’s product will apply when purchased through CPAPC.com. To request additional warranty information, contact us at info@cpapc.com or contact our manufactures directly by viewing our links to manufactures websites.
How do I search for a product?
You may search for a product typing in a keyword, SKU or description of the product in the search box and clicking on “Search”. If you cannot find your product on CPAPC.com, please contact our sales department at 1-800-533-1938 and we will be happy to locate it for you.
How do I use the wish list?
The wish list enables you to save items you are interested in. For each product, you may add the item to your wish list by pressing “Wish List” link next to the “Buy Now” link.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
Due to our extensive inventory, most of our products are in stock. If your item is not in stock, we will notify you by email immediately with the earliest date we can get your item.
How do you handle errors on your site?
We are continually checking to reduce and prevent errors. If we find a product description or price is incorrect, we will correct it as soon as possible.
The availability and prices of products on CPAPC.com are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered. CPAPC reserves the right to withdraw any stated offer and to correct any errors, including after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order canceled cancelled, CPAPC.com will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
